We also offer Click & Collect from our Sydney location. As stock is held across multiple locations, please allow up to 7 working days for click & collect. However some items are available for same-day collection, so feel free to contact our team to check.
Dawn Lighting accepts returns within 60 days from delivery for a refund of the product value ( less postage) . All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse located at 34 Rosebery Avenue, Rosebery NSW 2018. Shipping back to our warehouse is at the buyers expense.
To be eligible for a refund, goods must be in a saleable condition, final approval sits with our warehouse returns team.
What does saleable condition mean:
Saleable condition means:
- The product is in the original packaging and not damaged
- The product has not been installed or damaged
- The product has no marks, scratches or scuffs
- All parts of the product are in the box
- Spec sheets or instruction manuals are located in the box
- Protective foam or sleeves are still covering the lighting ( if present)
Any returns that do not meet this criteria will not be approved.
If a return is not approved, the customer will have the option to have the rejected items posted at their expense within 14 days of notification. If no response is received after 14 days, goods will be disposed of.
